网络第三方医疗慈善捐赠平台的应用与问题——以轻松筹、水滴筹为例

Application and Problems of Online Third-Party Medical Charity Donation Platform —A Case Study of Fun in Funding and Water Drop Funding

摘要: 本文主要采用问卷调查的方法，以江苏省南通市崇川区为调研点，从受助者与捐助者的视角分别出发，对网络第三方慈善捐赠平台的兴起背景、运作情况及存在的问题展开了定量的描述与分析。同时，又辅以访谈法，结合网络第三方慈善捐赠平台工作人员与使用个案对其的评价，再次深度挖掘平台的问题，并据此提出相应解决策略。

Abstract: This paper takes Chongchuan District of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province as the research point and makes a quantitative description and analysis of the background, operation and existing problems of the third-party online charity donation platform using the method of questionnaire survey from the perspectives of the recipients and donors. Meanwhile, supplemented by the interview method, combined with the evaluation of the third-party online charity donation platform staff and users, the problems of the platform were further explored, and corresponding solutions were proposed accordingly.
