摘要: 为了顺应国际工程承包行业的发展形势，承包企业往往需要作为EPC (engineering procurement construction)总承包商和小股东来运作项目。承包企业只有充分认识不同身份应尽的义务、责任和潜在风险，才能达到获取利润、维护权益与地位的目的，实现全方位收益最大化。

Abstract: In line with the development of international engineering contracting industry, contracting en-terprises often needed to operate projects as EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) gen-eral contractors and minority shareholders. Contractors should only fully understand their re-sponsibilities and obligations and possible risks, but also pay attention to the problems and con-flicts caused by their special status. Therefore, the contractors should be fully aware of the re-sponsibilities, obligations and possible risks to achieve the purpose of obtaining profits, safe-guarding rights and status, and maximizing all-round income.
