Transformation and Upgrading of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

摘要: 文章通过分析农民专业合作社在促进产业融合及乡村产业振兴中的定位，剖析目前农民专业合作社在乡村振兴中的功能及发展瓶颈，探讨了农民专业合作社转型升级的思路，提出针对不同发展程度合作社转型升级的路径，发挥好农民专业合作社带动农户走向联合、走向市场，联合好其他合作社、龙头企业、家庭农场增进规模经济、范围经济和网络效应。

Abstract: By analyzing the orientation of farmers’ professional cooperatives in promoting industrial inte-gration and rural industrial revitalization, this paper analyses the functions and development bottlenecks of farmers’ professional cooperatives in rural revitalization, probes into the ideas of transformation and upgrading of farmers’ professional cooperatives, and puts forward the paths of transformation and upgrading of cooperatives with different development levels. We should give full play to farmers’ professional cooperatives to drive farmers to union and market, and unite other cooperatives, leading enterprises and family farms to promote economies of scale, economies of scope and network effects.
