悬浮液沉积法制备X射线多晶粉末衍射样品
Preparation of X-Ray Polycrystalline Powder Diffraction Samples by Suspension Deposition
摘要: X射线粉末衍射在材料研究中有着重要应用,但是通常制备的X射线粉末衍射样品由于存在厚度较大、厚度不均匀,表面不平整以及存在颗粒择优取向等问题而导致实验数据精度不高,这给精确测量晶胞参数等研究工作造成了一定困难。本文介绍了一种利用悬浮液沉积制备样品的方法,这种方法所用器具简单,制备过程也简便快速,可以有效地避免衍射样品厚度较大、厚度不均匀,表面不平整以及存在颗粒择优取向等问题。
Abstract:
X-ray powder diffraction plays an important role in material research. However, the accuracy of experimental data is not high because of the problems of large thickness, uneven surface and pre-ferred orientation of particles. This makes it difficult to accurately measure the cell parameters and so on. In this paper, a method of preparing samples by suspension deposition is introduced. The apparatus used in this method is simple and the preparation process is also simple and fast. It can effectively avoid the problems of large thickness, uneven surface and preferred orientation of particles.
