大学“高支附”教育资源优化共享模式研究
Research on Optimization and Sharing Mode of “University Support Affiliated School” Educational Resources for University
摘要:
大学是培养高层次人才的摇篮,同时肩负着服务社会的职责,北京地区“211”大学与附属学校已经建立起良好的资源优化共享合作关系,但合作程度与合作效果却是差别较大。有的学校通过资源优化共享模式形成了良好的教学口碑,有的学校却是差强人意,刚刚处于起步阶段。大学与附属学校间需要建立起一种良好的资源优化共享模式,促进二者共同发展,并形成良性循环。在资源优化共享模式下,大学与附属学校遵循有主次、互惠、共建共享、多层次支持及持续性支持的共享原则,以大学支持附属学校资源建设为主,附属学校补充大学资源建设为辅的方式,提高优质教育资源的利用率,共同促进大学与附属学校的发展建设。
Abstract:
The university is the cradle of cultivating high-level talents. At the same time, it shoulders the responsibility of serving the society. Though the “211” universities in Beijing had already established good resource optimization and sharing cooperation with affiliated schools, the degree of cooperation and cooperation were quite different. Some schools formed a good teaching reputation with the resource optimization and sharing mode, and some schools were not satisfactory, they were just in their infancy. It is necessary to establish a good resource optimization and sharing mode between universities and their affiliated schools to promote the common development of the two and form a virtuous circle. Under the resource optimization and sharing model, universities and affiliated schools follow the principle of sharing, such as the primary and secondary principle, reciprocal, co-construction, multi-level support and continuous support. The university supports the construction of affiliated schools’ resources, and the affiliated schools supplement the university resources to improve the utilization rate of quality educational resources and promote the development of universities and affiliated schools jointly.
