地方高校心理育人实效性提升探析——基于河南省地方高校在校生的调研
Analysis on the Effectiveness Improvement of Mental Health Education in Local Colleges—Based on a Survey of the Local College Students in Henan Province
摘要:
教育者和受教育者互为高校心理育人工作的主客体,学生对学校心理健康教育状况的感知是反映心理教育工作实效的重要方面。通过对地方高校在校生调研发现:地方高校心理健康教育机构工作效能基本实现;机构服务效能的被认可度和活动内涵建设不够;学生心理问题认知趋于理性,但心理保健意识不强。由之提出实效性提升对策:完善实效性评价机制,突出服务效能评估;加大内涵建设,缔造高质量心理服务支持系统;重视受教育者主体性需求,回归心理健康教育应然价值。
Abstract:
Educators and educates are the subject and object of the mental health education of colleges and universities. The students’ perception of the state on mental health education work is an impor-tant aspect that reflects the effectiveness of it. Through the investigation of the local college stu-dents in Henan province, it is found that the effectiveness of mental health education institutions is basically realized; the recognition of institutional service efficiency and the construction of ac-tivities connotation are not enough. Students’ cognition of psychological problems tends to be rational, but their awareness of mental health care is not strong. Based on this, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness: to perfect the effectiveness evaluation mechanism and highlight the service effectiveness evaluation; strengthen the connotation construction and create a high-quality mental service support system; pay more attention to the subjective needs of the educated and return to the proper value of mental health education.
