对促进本科生从中学到大学学习方式转换的几点教学建议

Several Teaching Suggestions on Promoting Learning Style Conversion from High School to College for Undergraduates

摘要: 本科生从应试教育体制下高约束性、高压力的中学学习方式骤然转换为低约束性、高度自主的自由探索式，在大学本科学习方式的过程中，一定会存在许多不适。对学生本身而言，这是一种自我挑战，也是一种机遇。大学老师在本科初期的授课指导过程中，如何针对这种情况给与正确的引导，是一个值得思考的问题。本文将结合作者自身及周围同事几年来在教学工作中培养本科生的经历，总结几点教学建议。

Abstract: Undergraduates face to the sudden conversion from high pressure and serious supervised learning style in high school to independent exploration and highly free learning style in college. This situation results in uncomfortable, brings challenge and an opportunity at same time for students. The college teachers deserve to think how to guide students during the primary of undergraduate education to help them adapt the learning college life. Some suggestions are put forward in this paper based on comprehensive analysis referring to the related literature and teaching experience in recent years.
