英国高校人力资源管理及其对我国高校的启示
Human Resources Management in UK Colleges and Universities and the Inspirations to Ours
摘要: 目前我国高校在人员管理上,大多仍停留在传统格局上。这种传统理念和模式,越来越难以适应高教形势发展的要求。因此,尽快实现由传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变,建立适应现代人力资源管理要求的新模式,已成为我国高校亟待解决的重要课题。本文介绍了英国高校人力资源管理的整体发展和职能发展经验,尤其是其在工作分析与评价、员工培训与发展、绩效与薪酬管理等方面的新理念和新做法。并借鉴英国经验,对我国高校人力资源管理的改进提出了相关思考。
Abstract: At present, many universities in our country still stay in traditional personnel management pattern. It is difficult to adapt to the needs of our high education development. Therefore, to transform from traditional management to modern human resources management is very necessary for our universities and Colleges. This paper introduces the development of human resource management in UK universities and Colleges, especially the concept and practice in job analysis and evaluation, staff training and development, performance and compensation management, and puts forward some inspirations and constructive opinions of human resources management in ours.
