摘要: 职业生涯规划有助于全面提升高职院校学生的就业力。上海工程技术大学高职学院坚持以学生为本，以就业为导向,创新式地构建和酝酿了大学生职业生涯规划工作的思路框架，有效促进了学生职业素养和就业创业能力的发展，全面提高了毕业生就业率。
Abstract:
The career planning will help to enhance the employability of vocational college students. Shanghai University of Engineering Science advanced vocational technical college adheres to the student-centered, innovative employment-oriented college students. It builds the idea of career planning framework innovatively. It is effective for advanced vocational technical college students to improve their vocational ability and overall employment rate .
