空中乘务员工作心理控制源、工作压力与工作绩效的关系
The Relationship between Work Locus of Control, Work Stress and Job Performance in Flight Attendants
摘要: 为对空中乘务员进行工作压力管理，本文采用问卷调查法对1046位空中乘务员进行测查，并用结构方程模型对工作心理控制源影响工作绩效的机制进行探讨。结果表明：1) 空中乘务员的工作压力水平高于量表均值；2) 工作心理控制源对工作压力有预测作用；3) 工作压力对工作绩效有预测作用；4) 工作压力在工作心理控制源的内控维度和工作绩效间发挥中介作用。
Abstract: In order to manage the work stress of flight attendants, a questionnaire survey was used to survey 1046 flight attendants, and a structural equation model was used to explore the mechanism of work locus of control affecting work performance. The results show that: 1) the working stress level of the flight attendants is higher than the mean value of the scale; 2) the work locus of control has a predictive effect on the work pressure; 3) the work pressure has a predictive effect on the work performance; 4) the work pressure plays a mediating role between the internal control dimension of work locus of control and work performance.
