人本主义思潮对战略型人力资源管理的影响
The Influence of Humanism on Strategic Human Resource Management
摘要: 近期,华为和网易公司员工离职的事件在网上沸沸扬扬,笔者无意就此表明具体意见。在理论上,战略型人力资源管理是通过制定并实施相关的人力资源政策和实践,帮助企业获得为实现战略目标所需要的员工能力和行为,受占主流的科学主义的影响,我国战略型人力资源管理的研究和实务主要集中在工作分析、人员规划、人员甄选、培训与开发、绩效和薪酬管理方面而展开。而随着人本主义思潮在管理领域影响的加深,组织将会从高度尊重知识、科学等理性因素转而高度重视对人才非理性因素的获取,表现为科学主义和人本主义并重的趋势。战略人力资源管理除了在以上的传统的领域增进对人的重视之外,以前被忽视和淡化的员工的公平对待、安全与健康,劳动关系等领域将会越来越被重视。
Abstract: Recently, the resignation of Huawei and Net Ease employees has become a hot topic on the Internet. The authors have no intention to make specific comments on this. In theory, strategic human resource management is to help enterprises acquire the ability and behavior of employees needed to achieve strategic goals by formulating and implementing relevant human resource policies and practices. Influenced by the mainstream scientism, the research and practice of strategic human resource management in China mainly focus on job analysis, personnel planning, personnel selec-tion, training and development, performance and compensation management. With the deepening of the influence of humanism in the field of management, the strategic type will change from highly respecting the rational factors such as knowledge and science to paying high attention to the acquisition of the irrational factors of talents, which shows the trend of attaching equal importance to scientism and humanism. In addition to the traditional areas above, strategic human resource management will pay more attention to the areas of fair treatment, safety and health, labor relations and so on.
