管理学科研究生教育国际化比较及典型案例分析

A Comparison of the Internationalization of Graduate Education in Management and a Typical Case Study

摘要: 本文通过对管理学科研究生教育国际化培养策略和实践方法的研究，对中国管理学科研究生教育国际化主要模式(国家公派留学生、中外合作办学、联合培养硕士等)进行探讨分析。阐述分析欧美国家及俄罗斯、香港等促进研究生教育国际化的相关政策方法后，提出了确定人才培养目标、完善研究生国际培养体系、推动研究生体制改革与学科创新、提高教师与学生国际化水准、推进研究生课程体系建设、融合国际潮流与传统理念，走特色发展之路等方面的培养策略。

Abstract: Through the research on the training strategies and practice methods of the internationalization of management postgraduate education, this paper discusses and analyzes the main modes of the internationalization of China’s Management Postgraduate Education (international students sent by the state, Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools, joint training of master's degree, etc.). After analyzing the policies and methods of promoting the internationalization of graduate education in Europe, America, Russia, Hong Kong, etc., this paper puts forward some strategies to determine the objectives of personnel training, improve the international training system of graduate students, promote the reform of graduate system and subject innovation, improve the international standards of teachers and students, promote the construction of graduate curriculum system, integrate international trends and traditional ideas, and take the development road with characteristics.
