空港经济“5+一平台”创新发展实践研究

Research on the Practice of Innovation and Development of “Five + One Platform” of Airport Economy

摘要: 随着航空产业规模的不断扩大，日照航空产业园紧抓机遇打造通用航空产业链。本文以日照市“5+一平台”模式空港经济开发区为例，研究日照市空港经济开发区平台化“双招双引”创新实践，打造“管委会+公司”的实施平台、“管委会+基金”的资本平台、“管委会+研究院”的人才平台、“管委会+商会联谊会”的信息平台和“管委会+代办点”的服务平台，秉持开放、共享理念、发挥人的主观能动性，把平台思维运用到招引各环节，把平台意识融入到工作各方面，趟出一条新形势下高质量“双招双引”的示范道路并最终把管委会打造成一个综合性平台。

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the aviation industry scale, Rizhao aviation industrial park grasps the opportunity to build a general aviation industry chain. Taking “five + one platform” airport industrial park in Rizhao city as an example, this paper studies the practice of attracting investment and recruiting talents in Rizhao airport economic development zone. To build the implementation platform-management committee plus company pattern, the capital platform-management committee plus fund pattern, the talent platform-management committee plus institute pattern, the information platform-management committee plus commerce association pattern and the service platform-management committee plus agency pattern. Uphold the concept of openness and sharing, bring out people’s subjective initiative, apply the platform thinking to every link of attracting and integrate the platform consciousness into all aspects of work. Under the new situation, we will find a high quality demonstration road of attracting investment and recruiting talents, and finally build the management committee into a comprehensive platform.
