“农旅融合”模式下康养山庄的发展策略——以乳山市某康养山庄为例

Development Strategy of Healthy Manor under the Mode of “Integration of Agriculture and Tourism”—A Case Study of Healthy Manor in Dagushan Town, Rushan City

摘要: 以乳山市某康养山庄规划为例，以农旅融合为指导基础切入，从产业融合、功能融合、空间布局、重点项目打造以及运营管理等方面进行研究和实践，为传统农旅融合模式的转型发展提供理论支撑和有效路径，也为相关休闲康养机构的转型与重构提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Taking the planning of a Health Care Mountain Villa in Rushan City as an example, and based on the integration of farming and tourism, research and practice have been carried out from industrial integration, functional integration, spatial layout, key project creation and operation management, etc., which not only provides theoretical support and an effective path for the transformation and development of the traditional agricultural travel integration model, but also provides consultation and reference for the transformation and reconstruction of related leisure health care institutions.
