电商直播中的语用身份探析

摘要: 近年来,电商直播快速发展。在直播过程中,电商主播通过话语建构了默认的卖家身份,以及变异的时尚达人身份、顾客身份和熟友身份。在四种身份下,主播实现了介绍商品信息、消除消费者疑虑、缩小与消费者间的心理距离等交际目的,极大提高了网络购物平台的销售量。
Abstract: In recent years, we have witnessed the development of E-commercial live stream. During the live stream, the host constructs one default identity: the seller identity, and three variant identities: the fashion leader identity, the customer identity and the close friend identity. These four identities help host to introduce products, remove customers’ doubts and shorten the psychological distance between the host and customers, greatly increasing the sales volume.
