我国农业众筹平台发展现状及对策研究

Analysis on the Status and Development Countermeasure of China’s Agricultural Crowdfunding Platform

摘要: 农业众筹是一种农业经营者面向大众筹集资金的融资方式，近年来，农业众筹在我国的发展并不顺利，多家众筹平台面临倒闭或转型危机。本文通过分析我国典型农业众筹平台的运营模式发现，农业众筹项目发展前景良好、权益型众筹比重高、垂直类农业众筹平台发展迅速；但同时农业众筹也存在模式单一、股权型众筹发展缓慢、平台缺乏有效监管等问题。基于以上研究结果，提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract: Agricultural crowdfunding is a financing method to the public to raise funds for agricultural oper-ators. In recent years, the development of agricultural crowdfunding in China has not been smooth, and many crowdfunding platforms are facing bankruptcy or transformation crisis. Through ana-lyzing the operation mode of China’s classic agricultural crowdfunding platform, it is found that the characteristics of China’s agricultural crowdfunding are the bright prospects of agricultural crowdfunding, the large proportion of physical return crowdfunding, and the rapid development of vertical agricultural crowdfunding platforms. Problems also exist: the singularity of agricultural crowdfunding model, the slow development of equity crowdfunding and the lack of effective su-pervision of the platform. Based on the above research conclusions, a series of relative suggestions are put forward.
