班组一线操作人员安全管理的研究

Research on Safety Management of Front Line Operators

摘要: 本文根据班组实际生产过程中所获取安全管理方面的经验，从生产设备状态、操作人员状况和人员素质等方面，分析了造成安全事故的几个原因，提出了一线操作人员加强自身的安全管理的一些方法，从了解、掌握安全知识，提高安全意识，规范操作行为等多方面进行提高，实现从“做什么”到“怎么做”，再到“这样做”的转变。

Abstract: According to the safety management experience gained from the actual production process of the team, this paper analyzes the causes of safety accidents from the aspects of production equipment status, operator status and personnel quality, and puts forward some methods for front-line operators to strengthen their own safety management. From understanding and mastering safety knowledge, improving safety awareness and standardizing operation behavior, the transformation from “what to do” to “how to do” and then to “do like this” can be improved and realized.
