西安市师范类高校与基础教育合作的有效途径研究

Research on Effective Ways of Cooperation between Normal Universities and Elementary Education in Xi’an

摘要: 当前，高校与基础教育合作的重点多集中于两者的合作办学、高校附属中小学的集团化办学、高校教师教育与基础教育合作模式等方面的研究与实践。本文探索在西安市政府教育主管部门的主导下，形成师范类高校与基础教育学校参与的“校–官–校”合作共赢有效途径，以提高西安市师范类高校与相关中小学协同发展的有效途径，实现西安市基础教育和师范类高等教育的合作双赢。

Abstract: At present, the focus of cooperation between colleges and basic education is mostly focused on the research and practice of cooperation between the two, the group operation of schools affiliated to colleges and universities, and the cooperation model of college teacher education and basic education. This article explores the formation of an effective way of “school-government-school” cooperation and win-win cooperation between normal universities and basic education schools under the leadership of the education authority of the Xi'an municipal government, so as to improve the coordinated development of normal universities and related primary and secondary schools in Xi’an, to achieve win-win cooperation between basic education and normal higher education in Xi’an.
