疫情背景下旅游直播的问题与对策

摘要: 新冠肺炎疫情的爆发倒逼旅游行业营销模式发生改变,线下发展的停滞使旅游企业纷纷将目光集中在互联网新媒体技术,“旅游直播”成为支撑各大旅游企业复苏与助力产业优化升级的重要渠道。未来旅游直播将成为衍生常态,因此直播平台和旅游企业应抓住这一发展机遇,积累线上资源,打造优质内容,推动行业的高质量发展。在此就疫情期间旅游行业在直播中存在的问题进行探讨,并相应地提出了优化策略,以期对未来行业的健康发展提供建设性意见。
Abstract: The outbreak of the COVID-19 has forced the tourism industry to change its marketing model. The stagnation of offline development has caused tourism companies to focus on Internet new media technologies. “Travel live broadcast” has become an important channel to support the recovery of large-scale tourism enterprises and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industry. In the future, live broadcasting of tourism will become a norm. Therefore, live broadcast platforms and tourism companies must seize this development opportunity, accumulate online resources, create high-quality content, and promote the high-quality development of the industry. This paper discussed the problems of tourism live broadcast under the background of the Coronavirus epidemic, and put forward corresponding optimization strategies to provide constructive suggestions for the healthy development of tourism.
