突发疫情下的政府治理研究——以新冠疫情为例

Study of Government Governance in the Sudden Outbreak—Taking the COVID-19 as an Example

摘要: 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)等突发疫情对人民的生命安全与经济发展造成了巨大威胁，同时也对政府的治理能力与治理体系提出了挑战。本文从突发疫情这一角度，对我国的政府治理进行研究，探索其存在的问题，并根据实际情况提出相应对策，发挥政府在突发疫情状态下应有的作用，推动我国治理能力与治理体系现代化。

Abstract: The sudden outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) poses a great threat to people’s life safety and economic development, and also challenges the government’s ability to govern and gov-ern the system. In this paper, from the perspective of the outbreak, we study the government gov-ernance of our country, explore its existing problems, and put forward corresponding counter-measures according to the actual situation, so as to give play to the government’s due role in the state of sudden outbreak, and promote the modernization of China’s governance capacity and gov-ernance system.
