妊娠合并大动脉炎1例临床分析

摘要: 通过对妊娠合并大动脉炎1例临床分析，探讨妊娠合并大动脉炎(Takayasu Arteritis, TA)病因、临床表现、分型、临床分期、诊断标准、孕期及分娩期的管理与处理。TA合并妊娠孕前应全面评估病情，孕期加强监护，重视多学科合作管理；根据临床分期选择分娩方式；产褥期加强抗感染治疗及预防性抗凝治疗，以降低妊娠及分娩期风险，改善母儿结局。
Abstract: Objective: Through the clinical analysis of one case of pregnancy complicated with arteritis, the etiology, clinical manifestation, classification, clinical stage, diagnostic criteria, management and treatment of pregnancy complicated with arteritis (TA) were discussed. TA pregnancy should be fully evaluated before pregnancy, strengthen monitoring during pregnancy, pay attention to multidisciplinary cooperative management; choose delivery mode according to clinical stage; strengthen anti-infection treatment and preventive anticoagulant therapy during puerperium to reduce the risk of pregnancy and delivery, improve maternal and child outcomes.
