基于“三螺旋理论”的高校创新型人才协同培养与创业教育研究
Research on Collaborative Training of Innovative Talents and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on “Triple Helix Theory”
摘要: 三螺旋理论强调高校、产业和政府通过螺旋递进实现组织功能交叉与动态融合,为研究创新创业教育协同模式提供了理论视角。针对高校创新型人才培养与创业教育生态系统中政策体系不完善、教育资源难以共享、培养模式单一僵化、有效联动机制缺乏等问题,以需求为导向,探寻高校、政府及产业的功能定位,构建协同育人模式;平衡政府政策和市场调节两手段,强化核心动力协同机理;强化以高校为主导、以政府为支撑、以产业为载体的三维主体通力合作,完善创业生态系统协同联动机制,实现协同育人的整体性发展。
Abstract:
The triple helix theory emphasizes that universities, industries, and governments realize the cross and dynamic integration of organizational functions through spiral progression, which provides a theoretical perspective for studying the collaborative model of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Aiming at the problems of imperfect policy system in the cultivation of university innovative talents and entrepreneurial education ecosystem, difficulty in sharing educational resources, single and rigid training model, lack of effective linkage mechanism, etc., we will explore the functional positioning of universities, government and industry based on demand and construct collaborative education model; balance government policy and market regulation, strengthen the core power synergy mechanism; strengthen the cooperation of three-dimensional entities led by universities, supported by the government, and industry as the carrier, and improve the synergy and linkage mechanism of the entrepreneurial ecosystem to achieve the overall development of collaborative education.
