摘要: 当前时代是大数据时代，信息化技术高速发展。人力资源管理作为企业管理的核心部分，也由传统模式向信息化过渡。信息化给企业管理带来的是本质的变化，帮助企业管理突破了时空的界限，为企业的人才培养注入活力，有效地加强了企业的生产力和凝聚力。在综合考虑多方面因素后，系统将会基于Spring Boot和Spring MVC来构建信息化管理平台，平台的基础功能包括资源调配管理、员工个人信息管理、信息化平台管理、日常业务管理。系统的设计特色在于：充分考虑到目前毕业生正面临着的严重学历贬值问题，许多公司也找不到符合预期设想的人才。在这种情况下，通常企业都要让员工提前进入工作岗位培训学习，借此来帮助员工快速地适应工作环境，所以平台为员工的培训学习提供了技术性支持。

Abstract: The current era is the era of big data, and information technology is developing at a high speed. As the core part of enterprise management, human resource management has also transitioned from traditional mode to informatization. Informatization brings essential changes to enterprise management, helps enterprise management break through the boundaries of time and space, injects vitality into the talent training of enterprises, and effectively strengthens the productivity and cohesion of enterprises. After comprehensively considering various factors, the system will build an information management platform based on Spring Boot and Spring MVC. The basic functions of the platform include resource allocation management, employee personal information management, information platform management and daily business management. The design features of the system are: taking full account of the serious academic depreciation faced by graduates, many companies cannot find talents who meet the expectations. In this case, enterprises usually let employees enter job training and learning in advance to help employees quickly adapt to the working environment. Therefore, the platform provides technical support for employee training and learning.
