平台经济下的人力资源服务业创新发展研究

摘要: 在疫情防控常态化的背景下,社会的生产生活方式发生了显著变化,依靠线上平台资源,许多行业得以维持稳定发展或发生探索革新,平台经济发展迅速。人力资源服务业在平台经济下同样实现创新发展,比如企业与求职者大力开展线上双选签约,网络招聘成为普遍模式;部分工作转至线上,人们可以进行居家的线上灵活办公。人力资源服务业作为社会经济的重要行业,对于企业与求职者信息传递起到了重要作用,如何应对当下疫情持久化的挑战,抓住平台性经济带来的机遇,利用信息化、科技化平台建设科学合理的人力服务业发展体系成为了我国人力资源服务业亟须解决的现实问题。
Abstract: In the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, significant changes have taken place in society’s production and lifestyles. Relying on online platform resources, many industries have been able to maintain stable or exploratory innovations, and the platform economy has developed rapidly. The human resource service industry has also achieved innovative development under the platform economy. For example, companies and job seekers vigorously carry out online double selection signings, and online recruitment has become a common mode; part of the work is transferred online, and people can conduct online flexible work at home. As an important social and economic industry, the human resources service industry has played an important role in the transmission of information between companies and job applicants. How to deal with the cur-rent challenges of the persistence of the epidemic, seize the opportunities brought by the platform economy, and use information and technology platforms to build a scientific and reasonable human service industry development system has become a practical problem that China’s human resource service industry needs to solve urgently.
