摘要: 经历8年谈判的RCEP终于在2020年11月15日签署成功。在这个背景下，不仅使我国减缓了中美贸易战带来的冲击，还减少了这次新冠疫情带来的冲击。在疫情侵扰的背景下，签署RCEP很有可能使得经济重新复苏发展，减小疫情带来的损失。在RCEP背景下，我国迎来了机遇也面临着挑战，但总体而言是机遇远大于挑战。对于挑战，我们应积极面对，对于低端产业、劳动密集型产业，要加速其结构转型升级，抓住机会对我国相关体制进行改革，协调国内经济发展状况，这样我国必将迎来更大的改革红利和开放红利。

Abstract: After 8 years of negotiations, the RCEP was finally signed on November 15, 2020. In this context, my country has not only mitigated the impact of the Sino-US trade war, but also reduced the impact of the new crown epidemic. In the context of the epidemic, the signing of RCEP is likely to allow the economy to recover and develop and reduce the losses caused by the epidemic. In the context of RCEP, my country has faced both opportunities and challenges, but overall, the opportunities far outweigh the challenges. For challenges, we should actively face them. For low-end industries and labor-intensive industries, we must accelerate their structural transformation and upgrading, seize opportunities to reform relevant systems in our country, and coordinate domestic economic devel-opment. In this way, our country will surely usher in greater reform dividends and opening-up div-idends.
