摘要: 随着IT人力资源外包业务的不断扩大和发展，各种各样的问题也在不断考验着企业对此类项目的管理能力和水平；本文将从供应商的角度，剖析在IT人力资源外包项目管理过程中发现的各种问题，并探究相应的解决方案。
Abstract: With the rapid growth of IT human resources outsourcing service in financial project management, various problems keep coming out challenging suppliers’ management on project application. From suppliers’ point of view, this essay analyzes problems in the process of IT HR outsourcing projects, and studies corresponding solutions.
