基于ERG理论浅析基层年青公务人员流失原因
Analysis of the Reasons for the Loss of Grass-Roots Young Civil Servants Based on ERG Theory
摘要: 由于受“铁饭碗”思想观念的影响,大学生报考公务员人数急剧上升,公务员队伍愈发年轻化。大部分年青公务员由于资历、经验、技术等因素只能从基层开始工作,随着基层工作的开展,部分年青公务员由于工资待遇、人际社交、发展空间、地理位置等原因逐渐离开公务员岗位。近几年,基层年青公务人员的流失状况愈发严峻。经过对比发现基层年青公务人员对于工资待遇、人际社交、发展空间等方面的追求与ERG理论中的生存需要、关系需要、成长需要二者联系紧密。因此本文将基于ERG理论探析基层年青公务员人员流失的原因。
Abstract:
Due to the influence of the idea of “iron rice bowl”, the number of college students applying for civil servants has increased sharply, and the civil service is becoming younger and younger. Most young civil servants can only start working at the grass-roots level due to qualifications, experience, technology and other factors. With the development of grass-roots work, some young civil servants gradually leave civil servants due to salary, interpersonal communication, development space, geographical location and other reasons. In recent years, the loss of young civil servants at the grass-roots level has become more and more serious. Through comparison, it is found that the pursuit of salary, interpersonal communication and development space of grass-roots young civil servants is closely related to the survival needs, relationship needs and growth needs in ERG theory. Therefore, this paper will analyze the reasons for the loss of young civil servants at the grass-roots level based on ERG theory.
