Review on the Development of Medical Oral History in Mainland China since the New Century

摘要: 新世纪以来，医疗口述史在全球的蓬勃发展为医学人文建设提供了新途径。国内医疗口述史研究在中医、特色医学技艺、特殊历史时期内医疗人物群体和医院文化建设等领域取得一定成果，但仍面临着研究成果较少、学科发展薄弱、人文关怀不足等困境。中华医学文明悠久，现代化医疗体系完备，医学人文建设潜力无穷，这些因素是国内医疗口述史开展的前提基础也是必然要求。着眼未来，国内医疗口述史需要与医学人文深度融合，将医疗与社会相联系，努力打破学科藩篱，积极开展医疗口述史实践，才能取得更多成果。

Abstract: Since the new century, medical oral histories have flourished worldwide, providing a new way to build medical humanities. In Mainland China, medical oral history research has made certain achievements in the fields of traditional Chinese medicine, special medical skills, groups of medical figures in special historical periods, and hospital culture construction, but still faces difficulties such as fewer research results, weak disciplinary development, and insufficient humanistic concerns. Chinese medical civilization has a long history, a modern medical system is complete, and the potential for building medical humanities is endless. These factors are the premise, foundation and inevitable requirement for the development of oral medical history in China. In the future, medical oral history on the mainland needs to be deeply integrated with medical humanities, combining medical and social aspects, breaking down disciplinary barriers, and actively carrying out medical oral history practice in order to achieve more achievement.
