高掺量再生富油沥青砂浆低温性能研究
Study on Low Temperature Performance of Regenerated Oil-Rich Asphalt Mortar with High Content
摘要: 为解决工程中RAP料掺量低的问题,本文以再生沥青砂浆的低温流变性能和激光显微镜观测的微观断面形貌为研究基础,从宏观–微观相结合的角度探究高掺量再生沥青砂浆的性能,结果发现相较于基质沥青砂浆,老化沥青砂浆的劲度模量增大,蠕变速率减小,低温抗裂性能减弱。而再生剂明显改善了沥青砂浆的粘性,减少砂浆中团聚物的面积,消除界面处黑色区域,改善新旧沥青的混溶效果,提升高掺量再生沥青砂浆的低温性能。
Abstract:
To solve the problem of low dosage of RAP material in engineering, based on the regeneration of low temperature rheological properties of asphalt mortar and laser microscope observation of microscopic section morphology for the study of the foundation, from the angle of the combination of macro - micro, this paper explored the performance of the high content of recycled asphalt mortar, the results showed that compared with the matrix asphalt mortar, the aging of asphalt mortar stiffness modulus increases, creep rate is reduced, low temperature crack resistance is weakened. The regenerating agent significantly improves the viscosity of asphalt mortar, reduces the area of aggregates in the mortar, eliminates the black area at the interface, improves the miscibility effect of old and new asphalt, and improves the low-temperature performance of recycled asphalt mortar with high dosage.
