热轧低碳钢表面黑线起皮缺陷形成原因分析
Analysis on the Causes of Black Line Peeling Defects on the Surface of Hot Rolled Low Carbon Steel
摘要: 针对热轧低碳钢表面黑线起皮缺陷样品进行了化学成分、显微组织和起皮缺陷处的检测和分析。结果表明:该材料表面黑线起皮缺陷处和带钢内部均发现含有Zr元素夹杂,针对生产流场进行追踪,发现引起该缺陷的主要原因是水口渣线结瘤物脱落引起的,脱落后的结瘤物进入钢液中,随着连铸的进行进入铸坯,在轧制过程中由于结瘤物夹杂的存在破坏了基体的连续性,从而在轧制过程中产生该缺陷。
Abstract:
The chemical composition, microstructure and peeling defects on the surface of hot-rolled low carbon steel were detected and analyzed. The results showed that there was Zr element inclusion in the black line peeling defect on the surface of the material. According to the tracking of the production flow field, it was found that the main cause of the defect was the falling off of the nodular material in the slag line of the nozzle. The fallen nodular material entered the molten steel and entered the slab with the continuous casting. During the rolling process, the existence of nodular inclusion destroyed the continuity of the matrix, resulting in the defect in the rolling process.
