我国上市公司员工持股计划实施存在的问题及对策研究

摘要: 本文以2014年至2021年我国沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,通过分析我国上市公司员工持股计划实施的现状,发现员工持股计划实施现状存在一些问题:员工的筹资途径较为单一、股份分配平均化、员工持有股份与管理层有较大差距等,并提出相应的解决建议。本文的研究为员工持股计划的治理效应提供了理论支持,也为我国上市公司实施员工持股计划提供了相关建议。
Abstract: Taking China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies as research samples from 2014 to 2021, through the analysis of the current situation of the implementation of employee stock ownership plans of listed companies in China, this paper finds that there are some problems in the implementation status of employee stock ownership plans: the financing channels of employees are relatively single, the distribution of shares is even, and there is a large gap between employees’ shareholdings and management, and puts forward the related suggestions. The research in this paper provides theo-retical support for the governance effect of employee stock ownership plans, and also provides rel-evant suggestions for listed companies in China to implement employee stock ownership plans.
