肺癌化疗患者出院准备服务需求的质性研究
Discharge Readiness Service Needs of Lung Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy: A Qualitative Study
摘要: 目的：了解肺癌化疗患者对出院准备服务的需求。方法：采用现象学研究法，选取重庆市某三级甲等医院呼吸内科和肿瘤中心15例肺癌化疗患者进行半结构式深入访谈。采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析提炼主题。结果：肺癌化疗患者的出院准备服务需求可以归纳为4个主题：信息需求、心理需求、社会支持需求、资源需求。结论：肺癌化疗患者尚存在较大的出院准备服务需求，护理人员应在患者住院期间全面评估患者，制定个性全面的出院准备服务计划，以提高肺癌化疗患者的满意度、自我照护能力和生活质量。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the needs of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy for discharge preparation services. Method: With phenomenological research methods, a semistructured indepth interview was conducted among 15 lung cancer patients with chemother-apy in the respiratory department and tumor center of a grade a hospital in Chongqing. Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to collect the data, to analyze and refine the theme. Result: Discharge readiness service needs of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy mainly include four themes: the need for specialized health guidance, psychological support, social support, the need to reduce the financial burden on the family. Conclusion: Lung cancer with chemotherapy has high still needs for discharge preparation services. Nursing staff should comprehensively evaluate patients during their hospitalization and develop personalized discharge preparation service plan, so as to improve the self-management ability and quality of life of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy.
