老年慢性病人对自媒体健康信息接纳情况研究

摘要: 在全球老龄化背景下，我国老年慢性病患者的基数明显增加，老年慢性病患者对健康信息的需求亦更强烈。自媒体逐渐发展成为老年人获取健康信息的渠道之一。本文通过文献综述的研究方法，总结老年慢性病人对自媒体健康信息接纳的测量工具、接纳现状以及主要影响因素，并提出了促进老年慢性病人进一步利用自媒体健康信息的建议，为提升老年慢性病人疾病管理能力，改善生存质量提供理论依据。
Abstract: With the global aging, the number of elderly patients with chronic diseases in China has increased significantly. The elderly patients with chronic diseases have a stronger demand for health information. We-Media has gradually become one of the channels for the elderly to obtain health information. Through literature review, this paper summarizes the measurement tools, acceptance status and main influencing factors of elderly chronic patients’ acceptance of health information from We-Media, and the suggestions are put forward to promote elderly chronic patients to further use the health information of We-Media, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the disease management ability of elderly chronic patients and improving their quality of life.
