摘要: 随着全球新冠疫情的不断发展，疫情防控对经济发展的影响也日益深远，经济发展也呈现出新的特点和模式。在此种情况下，政府作为“看得见的手”对经济发展的影响将更加直接明显，政府干预经济必须在法律的框架下，找到疫情防控和发挥市场决定性作用的平衡点，如此才能提高我国经济抵御风险的能力，推动经济高质量发展。

Abstract: With the development of the new global epidemic, the impact of epidemic prevention and control on economic development has become more and more profound, and the economic development also presents new characteristics and patterns. Under such circumstances, the influence of government as the “visible hand” on economic development will be more direct and obvious. Government intervention in the economy must find a balance between epidemic prevention and control and the decisive role of the market within the framework of law, so as to improve the ability of China’s economy to withstand risks and promote high-quality economic development.
