摘要: 在实施现代学徒制人才培养项目过程中，参与者面临着诸多困境。该文分析了政府、企业、学校、学生等参与者存在的问题，并提出了相应对策建议，以推动职业教育改革创新，实现高质量发展。

Abstract: In the process of implementing the modern apprenticeship training program, the participants are faced with many difficulties. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the government, enterprises, schools and students, which puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the reform and innovation of vocational education and achieve high-quality development.
