积极心理学视角下学生学习动机的生成逻辑与培养策略研究
Research on the Generative Logic and Cultivation Strategy of Students’ Learning Motivation from the Perspective of Positive Psychology
摘要: 积极心理学理论以“积极”本身为中心,它基于“积极情感的主观体验、积极的人格特质和积极的环境机构”三方面的理论内核呈现出了学习动机的生成逻辑。学习动机作为驱动、指引和维持学生进行学习的一种内部动力,对学生学习行为的持续和学习质量的提高具有重要作用。然而,当今中小学学生的学习动机在学习目的的功利化倾向、学习的积极主动性缺乏和学生的情感体验性失落中陷入了问题的险境,呈现出了异化和缺席的状况。因此,依托积极心理学理论,通过引导学生明晰真正的学习目的、培养学生积极的学习兴趣以及提升学生积极的情感体验,促进学生学习动机的养成。
Abstract:
Positive psychology theory is centered on “positivity”, which presents the logic of motivation gener-ation based on the theoretical kernel of “subjective experience of positive emotions, positive per-sonality traits and positive environmental institutions”. As an internal motivation that drives, guides and maintains students’ learning, learning motivation plays an important role in the conti-nuity of students’ learning behavior and the improvement of learning quality. However, the learn-ing motivation of today’s primary and secondary school students is in danger of falling into prob-lems in the utilitarian tendency of learning purpose, the lack of positive initiative in learning and the loss of students’ affective experience, presenting a situation of alienation and absence. There-fore, relying on the theory of positive psychology, the development of students’ learning motivation is promoted by guiding students to clarify the real purpose of learning, cultivating students’ posi-tive interest in learning and enhancing students’ positive emotional experience.
