社群运营模式研究——以互联网医疗为例

摘要: 社群经济的力量随着互联网的发展逐渐壮大,各个行业都发现了社群中通过对粉丝的运营能够带来的潜力与价值并纷纷投入其中,基于现有的研究,本文以互联网医疗为研究对象,运用文本分析法,亲身参与观察学习社群,了解社群建构、运营与裂变的方式,解释互联网医疗在社群运营过程中的行为和意义,同时结构社群从建立到扩大的一整个流程,以及后续需要的平台依托,从而组成的整个商业闭环。
Abstract: With the development of the Internet, the power of the community economy is gradually growing, and various industries have found the potential and value that can be brought by the operation of fans in the community and have invested in it. Based on the existing research, this paper takes Internet health care as the research object, uses text analysis method, participates in the observation and learning community personally, and understands the way of community construction, operation and fission. Explain the behavior and significance of Internet health care in the operation process of the community, and structure the entire process from establishment to expansion of the community, as well as the subsequent platform support, so as to form the entire business closed loop.
