高校数字图书馆满意度研究

A Study on the Satisfaction of Digital Libraries in Higher Education

摘要: 数字信息时代，高校数字图书馆为大学生提供了更广阔的信息获取渠道。了解大学生对于学校数字图书馆的态度和意见，对于提升数字图书馆的作用和价值具有重要意义。在阅读大量文献的基础上，构建大学生对学校数字图书馆满意度影响因素模型，通过设计和发放问卷进行实证研究。分析所得数据可知，当前用户对特色资源指标的满意度最低，并基于此提出完善多样服务、建立特色资源并积极推广宣传的相关建议，以期提升大学生对高校数字图书馆的满意度。

Abstract: In the era of digital information, college digital libraries provide college students with broader channels to obtain information. Understanding the attitudes and opinions of college students to-wards school digital libraries is of great significance in enhancing the role and value of digital li-braries. On the basis of reading a large amount of literature, we construct a model of factors influ-encing college students’ satisfaction with school digital libraries, and conduct an empirical study by designing and distributing questionnaires. The data obtained are analyzed and relevant sugges-tions are put forward on this basis with a view to enhancing the satisfaction of college students with the digital libraries in colleges and universities.
