摘要:
双语教学和团队建设作为高等院校质量工程建设的重要内容，是实现我国高校教学及科研与国际接轨的重要内容之一。本文结合《食品科学技术导论》双语教学的教学实践，分析了团队建设在双语教学中的作用，总结了双语教学实施过程中就如何保障团队建设条件、提高团队建设水平的一些尝试。
Abstract: As important elements of quality construction in colleges and universities, bilingual teaching and team building were important contents to integrate college teaching and research in Chinawith the world. Combined with the teaching practice of bilingual teaching in Introduction to Food Science and Technology, the role of team building in bilingual teaching was analysed, and some of the attempts to protect the conditions of team building and raise the level of team building in the implementation of bilingual teaching were summarized.
