The canine parvovirus (CPV) disease is a deadly infection disease which characterized by acute vomiting, diarrhea, leucopenia and the high rate of incidence and mortality, and brings significantly losses to the breeding industry. Currently, prevention of CPV disease is mainly by canine parvovirus vaccines. The paper provided a review of the research and development of CPV vaccines as a reference.
