皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的检测方法研究

摘要: 以乙腈为萃取溶剂,在100℃下微波萃取皮革制品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,萃取产物经处理后进行超高效液相色谱分析,从而建立了一种同时测定皮革制品中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的高效液相色谱方法。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,在信噪比(S/N) = 3的条件下,DIDP、DINP的检出限均为2.00 mg/kg,其余20种邻苯二甲酸酯的检出限均小于0.20 mg/kg。该方法的加标平均回收率为90.80%~100.49%,精密度实验相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于7%。采用该方法对市售皮革制品进行测定,获得了满意的结果。
Abstract: Phthalate plasticizers in leather products were microwave-assisted extracted at 100°C using acetonitrile as the extraction solvent, then the extracts were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). There- fore, an effective method was established to determine simultaneously the contents of 22 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in leather products. The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive. At the condition of signal/noise (S/N) = 3, the detection limits were 2.00 mg/kg for DIDP and DINP while the detection limits were all less than 0.20 mg/kg for the other twenty kinds of phthalates. The spiked average recoveries changed from 90.80% to 100.49%. The relative stan- dard deviation (RSD) of precision experiments was all less than 7%. The proposed method was applied successfully in the determination of phthalates in commercially available leather products.
