摘要: 在全球气候变化的背景下，低碳经济、低碳技术日益受到世界各国的关注。本文从低碳浪潮对中国产业结构和国家政策的影响方面进行引入，结合中国特定环境分析低碳浪潮对中国企业的影响，探讨企业低碳浪潮的应对措施。

Abstract: Low carbon economy and low carbon technology have been the attention of the countries all over the world under the background of global climate change. Based on Chinese specific environment, from the influence of low- carbon-wave on Chinese industrial structure and national policy, the paper analyzed the influence and discussed coun- termeasures of low-carbon-wave to Chinese companies.
