举重比赛加重裁判员工作模式与配合的探索

Exploration of Loader’s Work Mode and Cooperation in Weightlifting Competition

摘要: 本文通过作者多年裁判经历和对北京奥运会、第26届世界大学生运动会举重比赛加重工作成功经验的总结，对举重比赛加重环节进行合理分工和协作，为今后举重比赛的加重工作提供规范模式。

Abstract: In this paper, the author summarized many years’ experience as a weightlifting referee and suc-cessful experience of the Loader’s work in the Beijing Olympic Games and the 26th World Univer-sity Games. Then the author detailed rational division of labor and cooperation in the aggravate work of Weightlifting, which provided standard mode for the future Loaders’ work of Weightlifting.
