基于“一带一路”的大连东北亚重要国际航运中心建设思路

The Development Thinking of Dalian Main International Shipping Center in Northeast Asia Based on the Strategy of “One Belt and One Road”

摘要: 大连东北亚重要国际航运中心，在经过十多年的发展后，遭遇到一定的建设瓶颈。值此之际，“一带一路”战略为大连东北亚重要航运中心的建设方向提供新的源泉。本文重构大连东北亚重要国际航运中心的建设体系，并基于“一带一路”战略，提出大连东北亚重要国际航运中心发展建议。

Abstract: Dalian Main International Shipping Center in Northeast Asia encounters some construction bot-tlenecks, after more than a decade of development. On the occasion, the strategy of “One Belt and One Road” provides a source of new direction for Dalian Main International Shipping Center in Northeast Asia. The paper resets the construction system of Dalian Main International Shipping Center in Northeast Asia, and provides some development proposals based on “One Belt and One Road” strategy.
