肾衰宁颗粒保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效及对血清前白蛋白的影响

Curative Efficacy and Its Effect on Serum Pre Albumin of Retention-Enema with Shenshuaining Grain in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

摘要: 目的：观察肾衰宁颗粒保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及对血清前白蛋白的影响。方法：观察组100例CRF患者用肾衰宁颗粒保留灌肠治疗，治疗效果与肾衰宁颗粒口服治疗(对照组)100例比效，两组常规治疗相同。结果：两组治疗后血BUN较治疗前有所下降(P < 0.05)；血Cr、TC、TG较治疗前有明显下降(P < 0.01)；而观察组血清前白蛋白较治疗前明显上升(P < 0.01)，对照组血清前白蛋白较治疗前有所上升(P < 0.05)。结论：两组治疗慢性肾衰竭均有明显效果，但保留灌肠对患者的营养状况、生活质量改善方面有明显的提高。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy and its effect on serum pre albumin of retention-enema with Shenshuaining Grain to treat chronic renal failure (CRF). Method: 100 patients with CRF in the observation group were treated with retention-enema of Shenshuaining Grain. The therapeutic effect was compared with that of the controlled group treated with oral treatment, the routine treating of two groups were the same. Result: In treated group, BUN and Cr, TC, TG reduced after treatment (P < 0.05; P < 0.01) compared to the pre-treatment data. The serum pre albumin in-creased after treatment (P < 0.01) compared to the pre-treatment data. The serum level of the control group was increased compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Two groups of patients with CRF have obvious effect, but the retention-enema on the nutritional status and improve the quality of life there were significant increase.
