新课程改革背景下三维目标与核心素养的关系研究

摘要: 雅斯贝尔斯:“教育是人的灵魂的教育,而非理性知识的堆积。”[1]。当今世界经济全球化深入发展,科技进步日新月异,国际竞争日趋激烈,知识越来越成为提高综合国力和国际竞争力的决定性因素,人才资源越来越成为推动经济社会发展的战略性资源,教育的基础性、先导性、全局性地位和作用更加突出。由于时代的变化对教育的要求也更高,新时代对人才的要求也是呈现全面化、高素质、高标准的要求,而教育是提高人民思想道德素质和科学文化素质的基本途径,也是发展科学技术和培养人才的基础工程。大力发展教育事业,是发挥我国人力资源优势、建设创新型国家、加快推进社会主义现代化的必然选择。对于教育教育部《关于全面深化课程改革,落实立德树人根本任务的意见》提出的核心素养体系,就是希望在基础教育阶段把国家的教育方针具体化,系统地描述出小学生、初中生、高中生的毕业形象,为进一步的课程设计提供方向或路径。现在基本上把学生发展核心素养确定为9个素养、23个基本要点、70个关键表现。21世纪的到来,我国的教育不再是简单的教会人学到怎样的知识,而是考虑怎样去教会学生学知识,在自立的情况下,培养一个人的核心素养。本文就是针对当今时代背景下应对传统教育理念的缺陷,从三维目标的角度对核心素养的分析。
Abstract: Jaspers: “education is the education of the human soul, and the accumulation of irrational knowledge.” [1]. In the world today and in-depth development of economic globalization, the rapid progress in science and technology and increasingly fierce international competition, knowledge is becoming the decisive factor in the increase the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness, human resources become the strategic resource of promoting economic and social development, the education of fundamental position and role of guiding, overall, more outstanding. Due to the change of era of higher education demands, new era on the talent requirements also present comprehensive, high quality, high standard requirements, and education is to improve people’s ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities of basic way, is the basis for the development of science and technology and talents training project. Developing education career is giving full play to the advantages of human resources in our country, the construction of an innovative country and accelerating socialist modernization inevitable choice. For education of ministry of education on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform’s opinions on implementing Khalidents basic task put forward at the core of the quality system, is hope in basic education stage of the education policy of the country specific, systematically describe the image of elementary, middle and high school graduation, in order to further the curriculum design to provide direction or path. At present, the core quality of students’ development is basically determined as 9 qualities, 23 basic points and 70 key performances. The arrival of the 21st century, the education of our country is no longer a simple church to study knowledge, but rather to consider how to teach students to learn knowledge, in the case of self-reliance, cultivate one’s core literacy. This paper aims at analyzing the core qualities of education in the context of modern times.
