摘要: 生涯建构理论是对生涯发展的一种新理解，是社会建构主义在职业生涯发展领域中的体现。在快速发展变化和充满不确定的知识经济时代，由组织或社会主导的传统职业生涯理论受到极大冲击，个体职业生涯建构理论不断得到广泛研究。生涯建构理论，更强调生涯适应力，认为个体是自我生命的创作者，强调对生涯的主动建构，更符合当代个体生涯的本质特征。职业生涯建构理论对我国高校职业生涯教育具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract: Career construction theory is a new understanding of career development. It is the embodiment of social constructivism in the field of career development. In the era of rapid development and uncertainty and uncertain knowledge economy, the traditional career theory, which is dominated by the organization or society, has been greatly impacted, and the theory of individual career construction has been widely studied.
