自我控制研究综述

摘要: 自我控制是人类成功和幸福的关键。本文旨在回顾近年来国内外自我控制研究的文献，重点总结当前人们对自我控制的概念界定、相关理论模型、研究范式，简略介绍当前自我控制的测量、干预，以及有关自我控制的应用研究，并在前人研究的基础上，提出对未来自我控制研究的展望。
Abstract: Self-control is the key to human success and happiness. This paper aims to review the literature of self-control research at home and abroad in recent years, focusing on the current definition of self-control, theoretical models, research paradigms, briefly introduces the current measurement and intervention of self-control, as well as the application of self-control research, and on the basis of previous studies, puts forward the prospects for future self-control research.
