职业幸福感研究:前沿述评与新思路
A Review of Research Frontiers of Occupational Well-Being: New Constructs and New Ideas
摘要: 职业幸福感是指员工对从事职业的整体情感体验和综合评价,对员工工作态度和行为具有重要影响。本文辨析了职业幸福感的内涵,全面归纳了职业幸福感测量方法、影响因素以及作用效果等,提出了职业幸福感未来研究的新方向。
Abstract: Occupational well-being which has an important impact on attitudes and behaviors of employees is construed as a positive evaluation of employees’ overall emotional experience and comprehensive evaluation of their career. This paper analyzes the connotation of occupational well-being, comprehensively summarizes the measurement methods, influencing factors and effects of occupational well-being and points out the new prospects of future research.
