视频教学资源在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用

The Application of Video Teaching Resources in the Courses of College Students’ Mental Health Education

摘要: 近些年，大学生的心理健康问题随着社会竞争的加剧和就业压力的增大日益增多。在高校教育中，大学生心理健康教育课程是向学生普及心理保健知识，提升学生心理素质的通识课程，视频教学的应用为大学生心理健康教育课提供了新的思路。因此，通过分析视频教学资源在大学生心理健康教育中的应用，可为提升教学效果，更好地开展大学生心理健康教育工作提供借鉴。

Abstract: In recent years, with increasing social competition and employment pressure, the mental health problems of college students are becoming more serious. In college education, the mental health education course for college students is a general education course that popularizes mental health knowledge and improves students’ mental health level. The application of video teaching provides new ideas for college students’ mental health education courses. Therefore, the analysis of the application of video teaching resources in the mental health education courses can provide a reference for improving teaching effects and better carrying out college students’ mental health education.
